I don't want to pay for my subscription to Cosmopolitan
I signed up for this free issue of Cosmo and it said if I didn't like it, I could send a postcard thing saying I didn't and they would let me have the first issue for free. I got a thing saying how I owe them 18 dollars, but I have only recieved a SUMMER/FALL 2008 magazine which I don't even think is their official monthly magazine. I canceled the subscription online and it says "Your previous subscription order was canceled. The last issue mailed to you was Aug 25, 2008." but it's only August 8th! I've only got one issue and I doubt that costs $18.... help!
print what they sent me?? what did they send me?
print out what they sent you and send it in before its too late. either that or call customer service and raise hell...tell them that your not going to pay for something you didnt get and now dont want due to the HORRIBLE customer service...it always works for me!
