Has the USPS lied about the forever stamp by announcing that they are raising the price by 1 cent ? on both ?
I thought the forever stamp was going to stave off future increases ?
No, the "Forever Stamp" was never sold as a lock on stamp prices...
It just means that when you buy a $0.42 stamp today, it will still be good in 100 years when they cost $42.00.
They are good because we don't have to buy them stupid penny stamps to use old stamps after an increase.
