How do I print double-sided with my printer?
I am trying to create a tri-fold brochure in Microsoft Publisher 2007. I have selected every possible option to make it print properly. I click the 'Duplex' printing option and all that but nothing seems to work.
It prints the first front side of the brochure, but automatically takes in the next sheet of paper and prints the back side of the brochure on it, so I have one side on one sheet of paper and the other side on another sheet.
When I click 'Manual 2-sided printing' it prints the front of the brochure then stops to let me put the same piece of paper in the other way to print on the other side, but my printer doesn't do anything after that. All it says on the LCD screen on my printer is printing. Then I can't cancel it.
This problem happens on both of my printers which are: HP Photosmart C4180 All-In-One and an Epson Stylus SX425W. Please help.
The first person to describe what to do and it works, will get the best answer. Thanks in advance.
Since the problem happens with both printers I would guess that the problem is with the document.
