painting a wall with primer does the wall need to look perfect before I start painting?
I have a spot on wall that the primer doesn't seem to cover very well. I sanded it lightly and put a second coat of primer but it still looks different, and you can see area on wall. Do I need to try something else before adding topcat or will it be fine?
It should be fine, the primer is just a base, after appling the finish coats you won't see it.
