There is a $20 withdrawal from my BoA account each month from this number: 866-879-0179. How do I cancel?
I tried calling this apparent "scam/fraud" insurance company to cancel it, but I keep on receiving their automatic machine asking me to enter a "passcode" which I have no idea what it is. I want them to stop taking money out of my account. I recall them saying I could cancel anytime, but I can't contact them. Can anyone please suggest how to go about this? Should I keep trying to call or find out my passcode?
either close the acct or see if b of a can place a stop pay on that charge. i work for a credit union and that's what we would do
