Is this parking ticket legal? Please can you help?
Hello, My husband got a parking ticket yesterday for coming back two mins later to his car after the pay and display ticket expired. The ticket wasnt on his vehicle but as he was driving off the attendant appeared out of no where and slapped it on his window screen whilst he was driving, the ticket was placed on top the envelope that they put the ticket in, it wasnt inside the envelope, just both slapped on top and it was raining, just wondering if anyone knows if this is still enforceable if its not placed inside the penalty ticket envelope? Bottom line - he overstayed - he has to pay the penalty.
