Have you found a prehistoric rock with many designs on it?
1. i found an awesome rock. it looks like the designs are imbedded it it. the designs look like bones. it is smooth.
2. it is about 7 inches long,5 inches wide is some places. it is pear shaped.
3. first impression: an embryo of some prehistoric animal. there is a chip on one side, and the bone looking images are not disturbed by this chip. it remains all intact.
Can anyone relate to this type of finding?
sounds like you have a wonderful rock, alright. it could actually be the bones of some little prehistoric animal which have been fossilized. where did you find it? i wonder if maybe you've found a dinosaur egg, the shell of which has been eroded away. take good care of it.
