How long does it take for the American Red Cross to send your donor card?
This was my third donation but first time with the Red Cross. It's been 9 weeks, and still nothing!
If I call them, will they be able to tell me if my donation went through? I don't think I have the post-donation paper with my blood code on it anymore...
P.S. I am wondering if something happened to the donation because I found out I am anemic (iron deficiency) and have high liver enzymes.
They are usually very quick to tell you if there is something wrong with your blood to prevent you from trying to donate again. Everything is probably fine; they're most likely just behind on the paperwork.
