Has anyone used Scott R Cooper to beat a speeding fine?
I'm on my Ps and have already gone back down from my P2s for mistakes. I can't appeal again so I'm grasping at all straws to get this speeding fine down. 60 in a 50 zone. 10km over means breach of conditions and I'm fucked. The flash was from front right in my face and when I looked down I was doing 56 or 7. But anyway has anyone used this guy? He wants me to send him a copy of the photo so he can examine and give me a quote for what I can do in court. No harm can come from that could there?
Ive had to pay all mine, yet the scumbag who stole my car and caused thousands of poundsworth of damage is out now and planning on coming back to area!
