where can I order online a Stamp collecting album?
That's blank and doesn't have U.S or Countries on them? I do random collecting 
(I'd like it to have that protective film over it okay?)
Why not get yourself a nice scrapbook? They have plastic liners for the pages and would work perfectly. You'd just need to get some stamp mounts, which if I'm not badly mistaken you can purchase from the post office.
I've also attached a link for an actual album, though it's a bit more costly. The website I found it on has lots of options.
