Whats the minimum number of stamps I can buy?
Can I buy one of those little booklets for 6 stamps or do i need 12 or can I buy in 1's?
2nd Class (don't know if this makes a difference)
You can buy any number of stamps of any value you like at your Post Office.
Most shops only sell books of stamps wth 12 x 1st or 2nd class stamps, but there are the machines outside main Post Offices which dispense small books of stamps.
