I own a vacant used car lot for a year. What r some ideas of things I can do to generate profit with it?
It's a fairly large lot, it holds 200+ cars. I wanted to do a flea market and the city shut me down for zoning.
I would like some business ideas that I could utilize the lot for.

Find out if your zoning allows you to rent the space to other businesses to do tent sales or going out of business sales.
Depending on your setup, you could work with local schools/organizations/etc. to do car washes, where they pay you a flat fee for the water use and use of the space and then they keep the remainder of the proceeds.
Could you do seasonal outdoor sales (Christmas trees, Easter Lilies, Pumpkin Patch, Fireworks)?
The other thing I've seen in larger empty lots are carnivals that come in for a week or so.
